Completeness of the Voices

Well, here we are, a list of what dialects we have, including the unreleased beta versions and those not even close to release. The percentages below show completeness of the voice. Please bear in mind that usually, nothing below 90% will be made publicly available, until it's close to being finished.

Cartoon Characters
Daffy Duck90%I think this one is pretty much complete, although maybe I might need a few more Daffy-isms.
Elmer Fudd92%Functional, but needs a boost to performance.
Foghorn Leghorn5%A few basic rules are written but this is the most problematic yet!
Speedy Gonzales40%It's only quite early in development, but is gathering a nice pace.
Sylvester The Cat92%Functional, but needs a boost to performance.
Yosemite Sam10%I'm still getting this one straight in my head.

Dialects
Buccaneer (pirate)90%I think this one is about complete, but I might still think of some stuff yet.
Corporate Talk10%Only just started!
Drunken Slur80%It's coming together nicely... I know it's not complete yet but it's functional...
Geordie5%A few preliminary rules are in place now.
SMS Txt95%Functional and I think it's moderately complete.
Ye Olde English90%Behaviour seems very consistent with that used in various medieval texts.

Famous Characters
Gollum93%Pretty much done, now, and I'm quite happy with it, actually.
Swedish Chef90%I think this one's finally done, and unique with it.

Miscellaneous
Binary100%Could do very minor optimisations, but would yield little impact.
L33T-SP34K98%Complete, but is a subset of a planned voice, which will probably phase this one out.
Morse Code100%Voice is complete, with no modifications required, even for performance.
ROT13100%No comment.

Simple But Fun
Behind a bush98%I don't think I could make this one any better than it already is. This is deprecated by the inclusion of "End-A-Line"
End-a-Line95%Functionally complete, and integrated into both text and webpage versions, and is more cool than either "Up a tree" or "Behind a bush".
Our BS Analyser90%Graph module could be faster, but main code is pretty tight.
Up a tree99%Functional, complete and has been tuned by the excellent Ciaran, and is now much much faster than my original one-liner. Deprecated by inclusion of "End-A-Line"

Word Games
Pig Latin92%Functional, but needs a boost to performance.
Scrambler92%Functional, but needs a boost to performance.
Tutnese95%Could be a touch faster, but the regular expressions are very complex in this one.
Ubby Dubby95%Functionally complete and even matches case correctly.
