Frequently Asked Questions

Actually, the above title is a bit of a lie. I haven't been asked many questions, in actual fact, because I thought I'd write this section and sort out most of the questions I might get asked - hopefully before I get asked them.

Our questions (and answers) are broadly in two groups:

• General questions
• Technical questions

Please select which group your question would come into, and hopefully it will already be answered there for you!

Failing that, please direct any questions you might have to our contact page, here, and you will get an email back with the answer to your question. If more than 1 person actually asked the same question, it'll end up here as a frequently asked question - though you'll still get an email first.

There aren't too many questions that can be asked, really, but hopefully this FAQ should cover anything that might crop up.

I also think only the above categories are necessary, but again if anyone thinks differently, please let me know via the Contact Page.
